British Wool

There are over 15 million sheep in the UK and over 60 different breeds, more than in any other country in the world. The vast majority of these sheep are cross and half-breds with an average micron range between 30-35microns. Owing to the varied landscape of the British Isles, British wool has numerous characteristics that are used to create a broad range of versatile and durable products. British wool is predominantly used in the carpet, bedding, upholstery, apparel and handknitting industry.
